International Aviation and Management (AVIA 3005)

Aviation is an international business that is mandatory for modern world economies to grow and prosper. In this course students explore the financial and cultural impact that large international aviation organizations have on world economies and globalization. Government oversight of aviation are discussed including laws, regulations and standard operating procedures necessary to keep international aviation safe and secure. Major airlines, airports and countries of origin are researched, analyzed and presented. News articles and recent events in international aviation are presented and discussed to provide the latest information on the continuously evolving field of international aviation.
