Airline Management (AVIA 3007)
In this course, students are introduced to the development, structure and business conduct of major airlines in the marketplace today. Various internal departments and their relationship with other departments are analyzed. External opportunities and threats to the future viability of various air carriers are identified and discussed. Wherever possible, case studies are used to enhance student skills in research, problem-solving and solution application.
