Business Principles for the Regulated Professional (BUSI 3007)

In today’s economic reality, many health care professionals will find themselves either self-employed, or employed on a part-time basis or on a contract by a small business. Students in this course learn about their rights and responsibilities under various forms of employment. Students are exposed to the basic business concepts for establishing and operating a successful small business in their chosen health care field, and under the guidelines provided by the appropriate College and/or regulatory agency.
