Web Production (COMP 1076)
In this hands-on course, students learn web production techniques utilizing Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) to create the structure of a web page and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control colour, layout and type. Emphasis is placed on constructing web pages that conform to World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards. Students learn hand coding, as well as industry standard software, and are introduced to the User Interface design process.
