Electrical Work Term 3 (COOP 3009)
Students in Co-operative Education work terms have the opportunity to apply academic learning in a workplace setting. Students are expected to conduct both a college supported and self-directed job search to secure a position in their field of study. Work term experiences are reviewed and approved through the submission of a Work Term Record in EmployGeorgian and an active Banner registration. Students are expected to build upon the experience in work term 2 through enhanced responsibilities or a new learning experience. Co-operative Education learning outcomes are derived directly from program learning outcomes. Georgian College follows the Co-operative Education guidelines set out by the Co-operative Education and Work Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL) and Education at Work Ontario (EWO).
