Working Across Language and Culture (CORP 0200)
The workplace of today encounters a variety of individuals from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Whether they are internal or external clients, professionals often struggle to create effective working relationships with individuals who they may not fully understand. This condensed 3-hour training session provides an opportunity to share experiences and to develop meaningful strategies for relationship building with those from differing linguistic and/or cultural backgrounds.
