Best Practices in Early Intervention (ECED 2021)
Students build on the foundations of child development to examine how experiences and interactions are essential to the wiring of a young child’s brain. Discussions acknowledge that there is variability among children and the way that they develop, while recognizing that thoughtful experiences and interactions directly influence how a child’s brain develops. Students investigate community resources to support the holistic development for every child and understand the importance of early intervention.
