Electrical Theory (ELAB 1002)
In this course, apprentices learn about electron theory as well as electrical and mechanical power and energy. They also study the principles of common sources of Electro-Motive Force (EMF) and use Ohm's Law and Kirchoff's Laws to analyze various types of circuits. Apprentices follow the Ontario College of Trades curriculum for the trade of Electrician: Construction and Maintenance.
