Electrical Systems and Control (ELEC 1002)

Students wire and troubleshoot electrical control circuits following industry standard safety practices and procedures. Students study the principles of motor control and protection in both AC and DC circuits including forward, reverse, and speed regulating applications using electromechanical devices. Standard motor control circuit diagrams and symbols receive detailed attention.
