Fitness and Wellness (FITN 1002)

Students are introduced to the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to integrate healthy living strategies into their own lifestyle. Students conduct a personal nutrition analysis, a wellness inventory, and a fitness analysis. A variety of recreation and fitness initiatives are conducted through self-driven and planned activities.
