Health and Fitness Assessment (ODE) (FITN 2024)

This course provides students with technical knowledge and practical experience related to the selection and administration of health and fitness assessment protocols, accurate interpretation and communication of results, and the design of health and fitness exercise programs for typically healthy adults. The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology's Physical Activity Training for Health (CSEP-PATH) program is utilized to prepare students for their Certified Personal Trainer designation.
