Wine, Beer and Spirits (FOSR 2003)

Students develop basic wine, beer and spirit knowledge to enable them to appropriately match beverage selections to food. Students explore wines by regions and grape varietal, and gain knowledge in the production of wines, spirits and beers and their gastronomical importance.
