Piping, Forced Air and Space Heating (GAST 1016)
In this course, students examine the installation, service, and maintenance of forced warm air heating systems. In addition, students work with space-heating and decorative appliances in the lab. Students identify and describe installation requirements for forced-air furnaces and space heating appliances; mechanical and electrical components on forced-air furnaces and space heating appliances; and the procedures for servicing said components.
