Canadian Politics (ODE) (GOVT 1003)
An overview of Canadian politics covering the structure of the Canadian Government, the practice of politics and a background to major political issues. Students will develop knowledge of the structure and function of government in Canada; including the legislative, judicial, and administrative arms of government, and the roles of elected officials and public servants. Students will also develop an awareness of citizen responsibilities.
