Interpersonal Skills (HUMN 2004)

This course investigates the fundamental elements of interpersonal communication and explores the effect of self-concept, perception, emotions, verbal and non-verbal behaviour on interpersonal dynamics. Skills in improving communication climates and resolving interpersonal conflicts are also examined.
