Sea Ready Month Introduction (MARI 0266)
This course is specifically for students registered in the cadet post-secondary program to prepare them for co-op positions. There are four components that complete the overall hours: STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and watchkeeping for Seafarers) Basic Safety Training; Proficiency in Survival Craft; Vessel Personnel with Security Responsibilities; and Basic First Aid. There are two pre-requisites required for this course: Participants must be a minimum of 16-years of age and must hold a Marine Fitness Report.
