Mathematics Techniques (MATH 1007)

Students review and expand their knowledge of the principles and techniques of mathematics, which are required for the technical trades. Students develop and use mental arithmetic, estimation skills, problem solving, and reasoning skills. Scientific and engineering notation, business calculations for the trades and conversion factors for imperial and metric units are emphasized.
