Office Math Applications (MATH 1034)

Students are introduced to the mathematical concepts and formulas commonly used by office administrators in a business environment. Students examine commercial math, computing percentages for payroll and taxes, currency conversion, and simple and compounding interest with basic annuities for investments and debt. They apply their knowledge of spreadsheet software with these mathematical concepts.
