Strategic Project Portfolio Management (PRJM 1004)
In this course, students learn how to design and manage a project portfolio through the application of strategic planning and decision-making. Students screen and prioritize a large number of projects and then select the optimal project mix as determined by organizational objectives and constraints. Students get hands-on experience using decision support software.
