Health Challenges and Continuing Care (PSWR 1039)
Students explore acute and chronic common health challenges. Students learn to identify the role of the Personal Support Worker (PSW) in relationship to the health challenge and how the PSW can support individuals and their families with these acute and chronic conditions. Students are introduced to health maintenance and health resoration interventions for these health challenges.
