Case Management (SSWK 1006)
This course examines professional processes and practices in the context of the human service organization. Included are principles and applications of interviewing and assessment, documentation, report writing and appropriate referral protocols. Students will continue to examine the legal and ethical rights and responsibilities of clients and workers in the field of Social Services.
