Plumbing (TECH 0131)
Students learn the safe handling of plumbing tools, materials and equipment. Terminology used in design, manufacture and sizing as well as the approved uses of different materials are discussed. Students measure, cut, and make quality joints for a variety of plumbing pipe materials and fittings, including steel, cast iron, copper and various plastics using appropriate tools in a safe manner.
