MLCP - Continuous Improvement Processes (ODE) (TECH 0528)
This course offers supervisors an opportunity to become familiar with the concepts, terms and methods used by today's industry to pursue continuous improvement. ISO 9000 receives particular attention. A continuous improvement project relevant to their actual work environment will allow participants a meaningful opportunity to combine theory and practise.
