Pre-Apprentice Career Development (TECH 0602)
In this course, students build a foundation to help them move ahead into an apprenticeship. Skills developed in this course include resume writing, interview skills, employer expectations and customer service skills. Students participate in field trips and experience guest speakers from various construction trades. Students research potential employers and work through the process of securing a work placement in the construction industry.
